The Sterilex Team is excited to be attending the Southwest Meat Association’s (SMA) 66th Annual Convention & Suppliers’ Showcase, taking place July 27–30 at Moody Gardens in Galveston, Texas. This is a “must-attend” event for food safety and meat industry professionals of all managerial levels. The convention will feature two general sessions with speakers presenting on hot topics affecting the meat and poultry industry, networking sessions, Suppliers’ Showcase and other events benefitting the SMA Scholarship Foundation.
